UK Standard Delivery 3-5 working days - £3.95.
At Zivuri, we choose to forgo garment bags and tags to minimise waste and reduce our environmental impact.
Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unworn/unused, in it's original condition and undamaged in any way.
Refunds
Once received your item will be inspected.
If we determine that the item does not satisfy the above criteria it will be returned without a refund. If approved we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 days.
